BOOK ON-LINE FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE RATE:
If you are able to book directly on-line, you will get the best rate and you can usually choose the unit which best suits your requirements. Just go to the AVAILABILITY section in the top right corner of the Home page and click on BOOK ON-LINE. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to 2pm on the day of Check-in.
Just enter the dates you require in the 'Check Availability' area and the process is very easy to follow.
If you prefer, you can send us an e-mail to stay@airportchristchurch.co.nz advising the date/s you require, the number of guests and the type of unit you would like. We will reply as to whether we have availability and on confirmation that you wish to proceed with the booking/s, we will need your credit card details to confirm the booking and an approximate ETA.
FOR THE PRICE CONSCIOUS WE SOMETIMES HAVE AVAILABLE A 'NO FRILLS, LAST MINUTE STUDIO' - It could be upstairs, but might be down, have either a King bed OR 2 single beds and comes WITHOUT our usual complimentary services i.e. airport transfers, milk, plunger coffee, welcome chocolates, wake-up call, newspaper or car storage. Check-in is no earlier than 4.00pm - Check-out is no later than 10am. Must be booked on-line for this rate and is not always available. Cannot usually be booked more than 5 days in advance. Check availability on the Home page (Top right corner).
CREDIT CARD DETAILS:
If you have been requested to provide your credit card details to confirm a booking, you can do this securely by entering your details below then clicking on 'Enter my credit card details'.
Alternatively contact us on 0800 800 631 within New Zealand or +64 3 977 4970 from overseas. If you are calling from overseas, please check the active clock on this website to ensure you are calling in our normal Reception Hours as we do not operate a 24 hour Reception. Our Reception operates from 0700 - 2100 New Zealand time Mon.-Fri. and 0800-2100 Sat., Sun., and Public Holidays.
CANCELLATION/POLICY POLICY: Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to 2pm on the day of Check-in. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours from the booked date the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged if the unit is not re-let at the same rate or if re-let at a discounted rate, the difference will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
